School profile

The Rosing School profile arises from the key goal to provide education to allow children to grow up to conscious, competent and responsible personalities who actively form their lives to the benefit of all.

The starting point of each learning process is the student himself  - the strengths, potentials and interests him or she brings along as well as the momentary situation in life. The outcomes of this are the following contents that form a profile:

  • Developing intellectual, emotional and socio-economical competences through the contents of the three pillars
  • Tool for conscious personal development
  • Bilingual classes (English – German)
  • Promotion of individual talents and skills
  • Musical and artistical development
  • Small, overlapping groups
  • Individual promotion (gifted, LRS, learning blockades)
  • Team-teaching during block classes – one teacher and one educator per group
  • Additional individual promotion and mentoring through professional offers in the afternoon
  • Learning oriented by action and experience
  • Chinese as optional subject from class one
  • Additional German for foreign children
  • Comprehensive offers for the afternoon in the creative, musical, sportive, vocational and scientifical fields

To enable individual promotion one teacher and one educator will be available for the attendance and the support of the students during block classes. Every teacher and educator receives additional qualifications through special training that enables them to carry out the following elements of the concept:  

  • Teaching- and learning techniques for individual types of learners
  • Neuro-pedagogical methods for an optimized promotion of the learning ability
  • Emotional intelligence and practical psychology
  • Therapeutical learning methods (gifted, LRS, learning blockades, individual promotion…)
